B | 一是及时开展规章和行政规范性文件清理，维护生态环境领域法治统一。目前，省司法厅除配合省人大开展地方性法规清理外，按照省政府部署要求，已组织有关省直部门对生态环境领域的政府规章、行政规范性文件进行全面清理，提请省政府对部分省政府规章和行政规范性文件予以修改或者废止。
C | 下一步，省司法厅将严格对标生态环境法典以及新修订的地方性法规，持续强化政府规章、行政规范性文件备案审查工作，从源头上确保相关制度规定与法典保持统一，为生态环境法典落地实施提供坚实有力的制度保障。 二是持续做好立法审查，夯实配套制度法治支撑。
D | 近年来，省司法厅持续推动完善生态环境领域法规规章制度体系建设，先后参与水、大气、土壤、固体废物、垃圾分类等污染防治立法。
E | 下一步，省司法厅将依据生态环境法典的相关规定，加快推进移动源污染防治、矿产资源管理等地方配套立法，并积极会同有关主管部门，及时梳理河南省生态环境领域的立法需求，推进地方配套法规规章的“立改废释”。
